busy day!!

unfortunately, i don't have much time to write today as i'm cooking a moroccan spiced chicken & sweet potato stew for my lunches this week as well as a lentil, kale & sausage soup for dinner tonight. annnnnd brownies (from scratch!) if i can fit them in.

after a full week of vegan lunches, it feels a little weird adding chicken back into the mix!
